Jim Beam Signature Craft 12 YO already impresses with its clear amber tone, which is interspersed with some copper reflections, before an olfactory test. An optically very convincing herald of the aroma, which is composed of hints of cinnamon, toasted bread, spicy rye, vanilla, caramel, honey and some smoke. The palate of the Bourbon Whiskey once again picks up the roasted and smoked aromas from the nose. Cinnamon and vanilla are highlighted again. Marzipan, sweet maple and oak wood can also be tasted. The finish lingers with woody smoky nuances and spicy cinnamon.
