History of production

During its production, Plantation Fiji Rum makes a short journey that takes it from Fiji to France. In its country of origin, local sugar cane is processed into molasses, which forms the basis of this rum. Then the different rums of this blend are stored there for 2 - 3 years in bourbon barrels. After that, they come to France to be stored in Ferrand barrels for another year. The maturation of the rums at highly different temperatures ensures a particularly exceptional taste.
