Scavi & Ray Prosecco Spumante DOC 0,75L (11% Vol.)
Scavi & Ray Prosecco Spumante Doc
Origin
For the Scavi & Ray Prosecco Spumante Doc a very special type of grape is used. The white grape variety Glera comes from a protected production area in the northern Italian Veneto. There the fine Glera grapes grow until they reach a unique degree of maturity. A second special feature that makes Scavi & Ray Prosecco Spumante Doc so special is the long fermentation process that gives it its unique taste.
Fine taste
Fine bubbles and extra dry - this is how the Scavi & Ray Prosecco Spumante Doc presents itself on the tongue. Furthermore, its acidity is clearly noticeable. The nose is spoiled by this unique Prosecco with a scent of citrus and apple as well as mineral and smoky aromas. This Prosecco makes every occasion something very special. It is best served pure or with a little ice. But it is also very good in a Bellini or Sprizz.
